Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) applies to your access to and use of ProblemSeekr.AI and related websites, apps, APIs, and services (the “Service”). Capitalized terms not defined here have the meanings in our Terms & Conditions.

1) Prohibited Content & Conduct

The following are not allowed (examples are illustrative, not exhaustive).

Safety & Harm

  • Illegal activities: Any violation of applicable laws or regulations.
  • Violence & hate: Threats, doxxing, harassment, hate/extremist content, incitement.
  • Self-harm & dangerous acts: Content promoting self-harm/suicide or severe bodily risk.
  • Sexual content involving minors: Zero tolerance; we report to authorities.

Integrity & Security

  • Malware & exploits: Viruses, worms, trojans, backdoors, spyware/adware.
  • Security abuse: Probing, scanning, bypassing controls, or testing vulnerabilities without authorization.
  • Spam & manipulation: Unsolicited bulk messages, engagement/ranking manipulation, farms.
  • Fraud & deception: Phishing, identity theft, laundering, deceptive schemes.

Rights & Misuse

  • IP/privacy violations: Infringing IP; privacy/publicity violations.
  • Deceptive media: Deepfakes or materially misleading content presented as authentic.
  • High-risk uses: Life/safety-critical scenarios without express permission.
  • Impersonation: Misrepresenting identity, affiliation, or authorization.

2) Data You Submit

You must have a lawful basis for all personal data you process via the Service. Do not upload the following without our prior written consent and a compliant legal basis:

  • GDPR special categories: Health, biometric, genetic, racial/ethnic origin, political, religious, union, sex life/orientation (see DPA).
  • Children’s data: Especially under the local age of consent; we do not target users under 13.
  • Payment card data & sensitive IDs: Only via approved, compliant channels.
  • PHI (HIPAA): Only with an express, applicable agreement permitting it.

3) Automation, Scraping, & Rate Limits

Rate limits
Respect documented/communicated limits; excessive load may result in throttling or suspension.
Scraping & crawling
Do not scrape the Service (including outputs/models) unless permitted by written agreement and robots.txt.
API usage
Use documented endpoints; do not misrepresent identity or access unauthorized data/features.

4) Model, Output, & Attribution

  • Validate results: AI outputs may be incomplete/inaccurate; verify before relying.
  • No model extraction: Do not reverse engineer or exfiltrate weights.
  • Disclosures: Where required by law, disclose AI-assistance in generated content.
  • Third-party content: Respect licensing and attribution obligations.

5) Security

  • Account security: Protect credentials/tokens; you’re responsible for account activity.
  • No interference: No DoS/brute-force or traffic injection to degrade service integrity.

  • Data safeguards: Don’t introduce data that violates confidentiality or contractual restrictions.

6) Sanctions, Export, & Geographic Restrictions

Do not use the Service in/for sanctioned or embargoed jurisdictions or if you are a restricted party under applicable sanctions/export laws.

7) Intellectual Property & Third-Party Rights

  • Respect copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, privacy, and publicity rights.
  • For claims or takedown requests, contact legal@problemseekr.ai.

8) Enforcement

We may investigate violations and take appropriate action, including content removal, feature restrictions, rate limiting, suspension, or termination. We may preserve/disclose information if legally required or to protect users/the public.

Where appropriate and legally permissible, we’ll notify you of enforcement basis and offer a path to appeal.

9) Reporting Violations

Email abuse@problemseekr.ai. For expedited review (rights-holders/regulators), note it in the subject line.

10) Relationship to Other Documents

Read with our Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Data Processing Addendum, Security Overview, and SLA. If there’s a conflict, the Terms control.

11) Changes

We may update this AUP. Material changes will be communicated via the Service or email.

12) Definitions

“Service” means ProblemSeekr.AI products, websites, apps, APIs, and related services. “Content” means any data transmitted to or from the Service.
