1) Scope
This DPA forms part of the Terms when GDPR/UK GDPR or similar laws apply. We act as a Processor for Customer Personal Data you submit to the Service.
2) Processing Details
- Subject matter: Provision of the Service

- Nature & purpose: Hosting, storage, analysis
- Data subjects: End users you authorize
- Categories of data: Contact, auth, usage, and content you submit
3) Security & Subprocessors
We maintain appropriate technical and organizational measures and engage vetted Subprocessors under written terms imposing equivalent data protection obligations.
4) Data Subject Rights
We will assist you with data subject requests and incident notifications in accordance with applicable law.
5) International Transfers
Transfers outside the EEA/UK rely on appropriate safeguards (e.g., Standard Contractual Clauses or successor frameworks) with supplementary measures where required.
